Michelle Lynn Bergeron, 29, of Covington, will be laid to rest Saturday at Samart Funeral Home, Bayou Blue Road, Houma.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. followed by interment.

She is survived by her father, Brian Bergeron; mother, Susan Bergeron; sister, Elyse Bergeron; and daughter, Jasmine Swint.

    " After speaking to the Sgt. in charge of Michelle's investigation,I'm now more understanding as to why the invest. must proceed in a particulair way & am more confindent in CPD ability to provide answers at some point in the future "

    " On 8/21/2010 after the CPD was called out & they refused to break in,Michelle's father made the hoffic discovery of finding our daughter dead in her home. She died of blunt forced trauma to the head. It was murder yet,its not being reported anywhere.
    The CPD have done a horrible job thus far as far as a crime scene goes,i dont think they did finger prints or took any pics...my daughter was 29,she was not into dope & had a bright future ahead...........Where is the justice for Michelle & her daughter Jasmine. "
