" Norwood was a 20 year trusted friend. He was always kind and generous. I will never forget the last event we shared together at the grand reopening of the Islenos Museum Complex. Norwood already went blind, but he went with us anyway. He ate grilled oysters with us and we took him to Rocky and Carlos for Veal cutlet and baked mac&cheese with red gravy. He thoroughly enjoyed the outing. The last thing I told him was just because you lost your sight does not mean you lost your friends. We love you Norwood "
