A Slidell man was sentenced to two years in prison Thursday by U.S. District Judge Helen Berrigan on one count of possession of child pornography

U.S. Attorney Jim Letten said the FBI was alerted to Faciane as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide program that apprehends and prosecutes people who exploit children through the Internet.
As part of his sentence, Faciane will be placed under 15 years probation after his release from jail. He will also have to register as a sex offender and is prohibited from any unsupervised contact with children under the age of 18.

Mr/Mrs Editor - There's no connection between what was found on the tapes and the charges. Were there actors on the tapes under 18 years of age?
