Victory Warren Mullen passed away Saturday, Aug. 14, 2010, at the age of 46. He was a native of New Orleans and a resident of St. Tammany Parish for many years.

He was the beloved husband of Ruth Hall Mullen; father of Brandon Williams, Brent Williams, Charles Mullen, Autumn Titus and Victoria Mullen; stepfather of Tiffany Hall and Dustin Hall; son of the late Joyce R. Mullen and Calvin S. Mullen; stepson of Catherine C. Mullen; and brother of Calvin Mullen Jr., Clarence Mullen, Jimmy Mullen and Patrick Mullen. He is also survived by four grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service at 7 p.m. Wednesday, at Apostolic Tabernacle, 54268 Louisiana Highway 445, Loranger. Arrangements by Bagnell & Son Funeral Home of Covington. To view and sign the family guest book, visit www.bagnellfuneralhome.com.

    " I remember Mr. Mullen all thru the years of my life . I think he was a painter. The few times I have talked with him , he was usually nice and pleasant. It's been about a year since I talked with him, I believe. He worked hard to raise his family and did his best. I will miss him. "
