Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dana Stanton of North Attleborough, Mass., announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kelsey Elizabeth, to Mark Steven Silver of West Hempstead, N.Y., son of Kathleen Silver of West Hempstead and Paul Silver of Islip, N.Y.

The ceremony will be celebrated June 5, 2010, at St. Louis Church in New Orleans.

Stanton, whose mother is the former Denise LuAnn Faciane of Slidell, is a graduate of Bishop Feehan High School in Attleborough and Hofstra University in Long Island, N.Y., where she received a bachelor’s degree in psychology in May 2009. She is currently enrolled in the master’s program for marriage and family counseling. She is employed by Babies R Us as an assistant manager.

MARK SILVER AND KELSEY STANTON

She is the granddaughter of Frances Faciane of North Attleborough, the late Conrad P. Faciane, both formerly of Slidell, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Stanton of Carriere, Miss.

Silver is a graduate of West Hempstead High School and attends Hofstra University where he will graduate in May 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

He holds an associates degree in math and science from Nassau.�
