Alcide Badon II, 64, a native of Abita Springs and a resident of Covington, passed away March 3, 2010.

He is survived by his daughter, Thelma Robinson of Madisonville; son, Alcide Badon III of Covington; brother, Mickey Jones of Covington; and five sisters, Lorraine Cousin of Lacombe, Patricia Verett of Baton Rouge, Linda Badon of Baton Rouge, Sylvia Domino of Baton Rouge and Cynthia Tennart of Baton Rouge. He is also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, two brothers, one sister and his wife.

BADON

Services were yesterday at New Hope Baptist Church in Abita Springs with the Rev. Leonard Watts officiating. Interment was in the Abita Springs Cemetery. Arrangements are by Richardson Funeral Home.
