The Covington Police Department made the following arrests Feb. 11- 19:

Paul Richard Fleming, 52, 222 W. 24th Ave., Covington, issued a summons for misuse of 911.

Deborah B. Black, 39, 517 Keeneland Drive, Madisonville, felony theft, forgery.

Matthew William Black, 40, 517 Keeneland Drive, Madisonville, accessory after the fact, felony theft, forgery.

Donna Demaree, 54, address unknown, vagrancy, criminal trespassing.

Casey Adam Krause, 21, 1929 Dineen Drive, Dundalk, Md., sales on or from private property, issued summons.

Andrew Luke Lederman, 28, 212 S. Church St., Quinlan, Texas, sales on or from private property, issued summons.

Randy Joe Fauntleroy, 22, 23438 La. Hwy. 1084, Covington, simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper turn/tail lights.

Julio Enrique Cisneros, 41, DWI first offense, speeding 10-15 mph over limit.

Tricia Ann Tarver Roberts, 32, 18852 J. T. Connerly Road, Kentwood, disturbing the peace/language/ disorderly conduct, distribution of schedule III narcotics, felony contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

Paul A. Warner, 32, 15370 Karrie Lane, Covington, disturbing the peace/violent/disorderly conduct, simple battery, contempt/failure to appear in court, distribution of Schedule III narcotics, and felony contributing the delinquency of a juvenile.

James F. Kephart, 20, 15416 Elaine Lane, Covington, resisting an officer.

Grover Roushelle Joseph, 45, 17034 E. Illinois St., Hammond, DWI first offense.

Jordan Darnell Bedford, 18, 1115 N. Columbia St., Covington, noise control first offense.

Jamie Donnell Cooper, 26, 530 N. Jackson St., Hammond, simple possession of marijuana, issued summons.

Kyle Louis Wise, 23, 309 E. Magee, Covington, DWI third offense, refusal to submit to chemical testing, and careless operation.

Edward McCloden, 54, 1407 Bayou Drive, Tallulah, disturbing the peace/drunkenness, resisting an officer, and vagrancy.

Chance Phillip White, 30, 32 Carpenter Road, DWI second offense and possession of firearm with obliterated serial number.

Darren Emmet Steele, 39, 108 Madison Ave., Madisonville, DWI first offense and careless operation.

Nadine Rosiere Theriot, 36, 1804 Palmer Court, Mandeville, disturbing the peace, released on city subpoena.

Colleen Howard Gillespie, 32, 407 W. 15th Ave., Covington, violation of a protective order.

Carlos Montes Parrilla Jr., 34, 61002 Clabon Drive, Slidell, DWI first offense, driving on roadway lane for traffic.

Sheronda Kunana Green, 24, 139 Barbee Road, Covington, domestic abuse battery, false swearing, received summons.

Tyronze Marie Miller, 25, 13068 Mickeys Lane, Hammond, domestic abuse battery, disturbing the peace/violent/disorderly conduct.

Paula Marie Guidry, 46, 2318 7th St., Mandeville, eight counts of vehicular negligent injuring, careless operation, DWI second offense, driving while license is suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia and refusal to submit to chemical testing.

Willie Leroy Ford Jr., 22, 748 N. Claiborne St., Covington, contempt, failure to appear.

Todd Nelson, 21, 78282 Honeydew Lane, Covington, littering, speeding, driving while license is suspended, DWI first offense.

Matthew Lumpkin, 15396 Elaine Lane, Covington, 18, noise control first offense.
