Colonial Pinnacle project on track for April groundbreaking

Construction on the controversial 1.1 million-square-foot Colonial Pinnacle Nord du Lac lifestyle center is scheduled to begin in April with completion anticipated in October 2009, said leasing agent and spokesman Richard Yeilding.
