Burrage's accomplishments are numerous: National Merit Finalist, straight A student, possible valedictorian at NHS (currently ranked number one in his class) and actor, playing the lead in Will Rogers' "Follies." He also is an accomplished musician.
In magic circles, he has started his own business, "Tricky Trigg," and performs weekly at Los Tres Amigos restaurant. He has also traveled to Las Vegas, interning and performing for his hero David Copperfield's former creative director, Don Wayne. He did not get to meet his hero in person, however.

During the summer, he performs a "Magic of Reading" show at local libraries. He has also been featured as a rising star in Magic Magazine.
In music activities, he has been a member of the LMEA All-State Orchestra, playing the violin. He was also first violinist in the Slidell Youth and Community Orchestra for six years.
As vice president of the Beta Club, a service organization, he has also been very community-minded. They helped provide food for the commissioners working at election sites recently.
Also, the club brought in 10,000 cans of food as part of their service project last fall. They donated the food to Community Christian Concern as well as other various food kitchens across the parish.
Burrage said he will probably major in a business field, since he said that has so many opportunities and he enjoys working with people. He may even study entrepreneurship or marketing.
College plans are not finalized, because he is waiting for scholarship offers. He has applied to 16 colleges and has already received a generous offer from Tulane. He has an ACT score of 31, and on the extended SAT he scored 2210 of 2400.
Burrage is originally from Australia and has lived in several different climates, from tropical Australia to snow in Maine to balmy Louisiana. Additionally, his magical talents have also transported him from Slidell to Alaska and points in between.
He has performed for all ages and backgrounds, both professionally and in charitable projects. Through these experiences, Burrage said he has learned creativity, how to run a business and has grown as a performer.
He hopes to add to these talents with a business degree.
