Stefancik meeting with consituents

St. Tammany Parish District 11 Councilman Steve Stefancik will host his monthly meeting with constituents at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the library of Bayou Woods Elementary School located off Carroll Road in east St. Tammany.

The following items will be discussed:

Progress on the new road from Airport Road to U.S. Highway 11.

The parish comprehensive rezoning for District 11.

Selection of Planning and Zoning Commission members.

An appeal concerning the filling of a pond along U.S. Highway 190 West.

An ordinance to extend the moratorium currently in existence on properties north of Interstate 12 and abutting or having access from Airport Road.

Other items of concern to District 11 constituents.

Anyone wishing additional information concerning the meeting should call 649-4580.

" What a great loss to the people of Chalmette and the many others who left. But it's a big gain for the people of Pearl River.
Not often in life will you meet so many good people in one place.
May God bless Steve and Karen and his many fine employees.They deserve it. "
